Designing your life the way you want it, takes effort and responsibility, and yet sometimes, life still throws you a curve ball. So how can you develop tools to grow, and evolve as a person, beyond the challenges and imperfections? Mindfulness, in addition to understanding some of the basic functioning mechanisms of your mind, can allow you to transcend it's more primitive functions. Equally coming to learn, that each of us, has some very familiar inner selves, can ease your concerns. In this video, I discuss some psychological viewpoints about the many layers that we work on, and how you can move beyond limitations, or at least, become unstuck. Moreover I discuss the art of taking action, and the formula to meeting goals. I have been in the practice of using the difficulties in my life, over the last few years, as a vehicle for spiritual practise. A journey with ME/CFS and debilitating health, began a profound psychological learning curve. There are some small personal examples, from me to demonstrate how movement, growth, and achievement is still possible, even when you may be meeting some restrictions. I hope you enjoy the video.
