A new Dawn: A new beginning is happening:
Dear souls all enlightened ones, you have come to Gaia/earth to assist her and humanity into the new light of the 5th+ vibrational frequencies~ you came to help when it is needed~ to help your fellow man to understand how to deal with the unknown changes.
We, the higher souls, have been guiding and assisting you so that when things happen and mankind becomes confused, panicked and fearful of what they do not understand~ you have all agreed to take on the role of guidance when things get sticky~ some of you thought it might be us beings showing ourselves~ this is not so at this time!

This world pandemic is the beginning of the changes on Gaia~ this is what needs to be address~ here! Now!
Your fellow souls do not understand that this is a shift in frequency~ that is being grounded into Gaia as she creates the new way.
All you dear souls have spent years learning how to use your tools for this time~ use everything you learnt now~ in the face of this adversity on earth that is affecting everything and everyone~ use your meditative skills to calm the souls you work with.
The people around you are in a state of panic and fear, you have the ability to help them to see that its all connected~ with the changes of this new era.

You all have groups, of many people~ who you can show how to keep their centre with healing and balance, be the great leaders that you are~ hold your meetings, meditations and one to ones~ in order to bring everyone together at this time~ giving out from the heart/brain coherence and heart felt love meditations~ to the whole world on a grand scale.

Together we can ease the pain and anguish of Gaia and her children in our essence of expansion of the light field that we have all been working on.

The global meditations do not have to be All at the same time: time does not exist in the multi dimensional realms~ every time a soul sits quietly and focuses on their light within their high chakras and core it goes into the right frequency and is a collective.
It builds greater and greater into the energy of the emerging fields of this Star Gate Opening to bring in these changes in balance.
Every one of you have the ability~ you are all light beings on your different levels of consciousness~ use what ever tools you have~ to bring in the comforts to your fellow souls~ when you are with group’s family, friends, customers or patients… where ever you work~ is where you can hold the light and encourage everyone to keep their centre through using their own knowledge as everything around them becomes fearful and panicky.
Help then to be centred with the breath, meditation and any other ways you are working with.

You have lived your life to do this~ take up the mantel of light and share it out~ spread it to all the souls you work with~ return to your soul! Remember who you are! Help others to stay calm while moving into this 5th+ frequency’s as much as possible.
Dear souls~ we are jogging you memory to begin your chosen path of guidance and give out on all different levels of consciousness.
You all have your higher being and the understanding in your way to communicating to others~ bringing comfort though the personal spiritual groups of your higher being, its not always as you think it is, be open minded.

Follow hour heart core that is one with Gaia/earth and nature~ there will be sadness~ this is essential as nature take those who are ready to go.

You can help to explain, and bring comfort to those who are in need.
This data comes through our ground crew who has the ability to commune with us on the highest level~ as with everybody~ there is a need to have a great deal of understanding~ because you are all anchored in the physical body that is restricted by its density~ give encouragement where you can for all souls~ WE ARE ALL ONE.
The advice is~ as this pandemic takes hold~ begin now with your self~ go into your own inner space and find out how you are to proceed~ there are no set rules~ its all done by the heart felt /brain coherence frequency or your understanding for how YOU can connect~ use everything that you have learnt and understood~ be the light being that you are~ in the way you are~ everything is correct~ its TIME!
